Individual Therapy for Fathers
Becoming a father changes more than just your schedule. It can shift how you see yourself, how you connect with your partner, and how you carry stress day to day. Many fathers may find themselves feeling more pressure, less patience, or more distance at home or in other areas of their lives.
Fathers in Transition is individual therapy created to support men navigating pregnancy, the months after a baby arrives, and parenthood. This work focuses on helping fathers make sense of these changes, manage stress more effectively, and strengthen connections in ways that feel natural and sustainable.

Sessions offer a steady, confidential space to talk things through, understand patterns that can show up under pressure, and build tools that help you show up the way you want to, as a partner and a father.
This may be a good fit if you want to:
-
Manage stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm
-
Improve communication and connection with your partner
-
Navigate identity changes after becoming a parent
-
Break unhelpful patterns
-
Break cycles that no longer work for you
-
Feel more steady and present with your family
